This last month, I dug deep, into the foundations. Kept it all simple, but focused on the core rhythms, products, and opportunities that I know work for me.
Despite a full season and entering into a transition season soon as a family, I feel great, and am so thankful! I’ve really embraced, less is more—with my work, business commitments, supplement routines, exercise and meals on rotation. I’ve truly embraced doing less, but focusing on what’s right and I feel like in the past few weeks, new life has been breathed into me.
More focus. More clarity. More energy. More peace.
I want to sit down with a big list and brain dump what’s working and what’s not and pair down even more, but I’m loving the progress so far!
Honestly I didn’t buy anything this last month! I was majorly in spring cleaning mode and have loved using up old items and carefully curating my list of minimal, daily favorites! I feel like a supplement and makeup update is in the works? Would you be interested?
A daily rhythms checklist just for you >
Wishing you a beautiful month ahead! Enjoy my favorite products, concepts and rhythms of this month!

YAY, finally have our dreamy Green Manuka Botanical Serum back in stock in the apothecary. If you are looking for a luxurious skincare experience, this is for you!! You’ll feel the nourishment soaking in! Manuka, blue tansy, rose hip, algae and Kawakawa oils create an anti-inflammatory, clarifying and rejuvenating blend you’ll love using daily.
Moving my body in nature. Despite the pollen, Spring is magical! The world comes alive! I’ve been loving the crisp air and going for a run surrounded by greenery. In the afternoons, the kids and I have been outside every chance we get ending the day with smiles and muddy little feet.
The Tulip Cheek Balm my littles love to paint with too (hide your goods from cute little curious hands friends)! I’ve been using this cream blush for over a year now and adore it! The use tulips for a field to face experience. It blends right into give you a rosy glow without any harsh lines.
Attempting to recreate matcha with cold foam. I tried Starbucks matcha lavender cold foam latte the other day and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it, although it was way too sweet for me. I’ve been playing with making cold foam using our Ceremonial Matcha and Manuka Honey the past few weeks and it’s been so fun, although I can’t quite figure out the texture. Any cold foam experts? Leave your tips!
Embroidered ‘mama’ shirt: Last year, I got this t-shirt embroidered with the word “mama” and I treasure it! I just had one made for my mom saying “mimi” shhh don’t tell! You can customize the embroidery with your initials, name or most cherished title. It makes for such a fun gift—size up!
Adding Mushroom Magic in my coffee has been a favorite for years—I have found myself stopping to pause and think of one thing I’m excited about for the day as I drop this into my early morning cup of coffee (decaf). It’s truly a moment that nourishes my heart. I love when our nourishment and supplement routines become something more—joy, beauty and nourishment!
I have my eye on these linen pants. The stripes are too great!
Dry shampoo saves me daily. Do you ever realize just how much you adore something you use daily. Can go from blah hair to feeling fabulous in about 30 seconds. And it gives so much volume too! FLOURISH20 for 20% off dry shampoo this weekend only.
These hemp infused digestive jellies have been a lifesaver lately. As I’ve been rebuilding my health after 2 back to back pregnancies, adding in more of the right nutrients has been so helpful to me and actually absorbing those nutrients is key. What I love about these digestive jellies, paired with my daily CBD jelly is that they address the main causation of digestive issues: stress. Stress weakens digestion and absorption, so by giving your nervous system a boost and balancing your stress response, you are equally helping your body digest and absorb. CBD lifts your body out of fight or flight mode, calming the stress response and allowing digestion to do it’s thing. Sometimes you don’t need a fancy gut protocol, you just need to encourage your body to do what it loves to do naturally—digest and absorb. Goodness, a holistic approach is so beautiful!
Listen to last week’s voice memo on Absorption: You are What You Eat, or Are You?
Eating sourdough around the kitchen with my littles. I never knew that making bread would bring such calm and joy into my life. There’s nothing more satisfying than pulling a loaf out of the oven and sharing it with my family. If any of us are having a hard moment or just tired at the end of the day, buttering a slice and gathering around our kitchen has brought such peace and laughter to the moment!
I’ve been adding collagen to my matcha and mixing it in the blender, and when I pour it over ice and let it settle for a few minutes, I’m getting a foam on top with a similar consistency to that cold foam. I’m guessing the collagen is doing that? If you crack the code on it, I want to hear about it! I think that lavender matcha might be my favorite Starbucks drink ever!
