Hey! I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. Really depends on how well your body handles fruit juice! I usually add a splash to sparkling water along with lime, or I'll do up to 1/2 cup if I want a bit more.

How much tart cherry juice do you use for yourself as an adult? I know you said 1/4 cup for kids.
