Hello lovely!
The boys and I had a quiet Friday morning together—I usually take them into school later on Fridays and we go to our favorite coffee shop and get gluten free scones and walk to the park.
October has been beautiful, and surprisingly, warm on the east coast. We have been taking lots of walks and I notice that the cool, crisp air energizes me so much.

I took the kids apple picking last weekend. We nibbled on apple cider donuts (one of my all time favorite sweet splurges) and picked 4 bags of honey crisp apples. It was a beautiful day getting outside the city and feeling the calmness the countryside brings. The kids have been loving drinking fresh apple cider with snacks after school.
I am so grateful for the renewed sense of energy this season brings!
How are you feeling this fall?
xx Caroline

A mentor of mine challenged me to write down the names of my clients AND my openings on a post it note and watch the right women come in. I am terrible (truly) with goals and metrics, I always just focus on serving people. Helping women feel great so they can thrive, not just survive, is my heart and soul…and always will be. This visual reminder of the names and lives being changed has been beautiful for me. Your name in the post it represents a step towards healing, energy to do what you need and want to do, addressing symptoms that may be common but do not have to be your normal. Don’t wait until January 1 to start feeling great. Don’t put off till tomorrow what you can change today? Walk into today, and tomorrow and the next year feeling your best, feeling peace, feeling energized, feeling balanced. Are you ready? Get your name on the post it-note wall >
Anyone else feel that good feeling clothes make it that much easier to workout?! I desperately needed some new workout pants and knew just what I would buy. My original pair lasted years and through multiple pregnancies—they are the softest but elevated workout pants ever. I paired it with this Ribbed Fitted Tee in Sangria and LOVE the monochrome look. I will say I am not normally a fitted tee type of girl—all my shirts are always oversized but I love this look. Was tempted to purchase it in a second color I love it so much but I reminded myself that would be unnecessary.
I have really loved OGEE makeup and recently tested out their new Complexion Perfecting Tinted Serum. I went into it with low expectations because I don’t always love liquid foundation and I wanted something with full coverage. I am amazed by how much coverage this gives while feeling totally weightless. This tinted serum gives your face such a glow, it’s perfection! It feels much more every day and lighter than their complexion sticks. I pair a small bit of the serum for my baseline then add in a pop of color with their Golden Contour Collection a rosy, sunset glow. Makeup is so easy and so fun for me now! Currently reading Good Energy by Dr Casey Means and I CANNOT. PUT. IT. DOWN. I had to make myself go to bed the other night, it’s that good! I have been in the holistic nutrition space for well over a decade and have never heard the body explained in this way. It’s beautiful and fascinating and totally life changing. Rather than addressing one symptom, what if we could shift the cells towards energy so that the entire body functions optimally? This is the way I approach my clients and I have had so many lightbulb moments reading this! Don’t delay reading!
Entering this festive, cozy season and I am ready! Just restocked my favorite all natural candles, that don’t give me a headache or add toxins to the home. Normally I am a cinnamon + vanilla type of candle girl, but I LOVE this Christmas Tree candle—it feels like a crisp, morning walk in the mountains. I have been lighting it each morning when I wake up early and the kids always notice how great the house smells when we make breakfast. I love the calm and peace lighting a candle brings. Loving Caroline Chambers new book What to Cook When You Don’t Feel Like Cooking! I honestly think this is the first cookbook I have ever purchased. Since writing my cookbook, I have been gifted so many cookbooks, or go them years ago as wedding gifts, but this is the first one I have ever spent my money on. It’s well worth it! The hidden veggie green pasta which we call “hulk pasta” for our super hero loving 3 year old has been a HIT! I’m terrible at following cookbooks because they are usually so complicated, but these recipes are simple with short, not complicated ingredient lists and love how easy it is to follow her instructions with the bold font texture!
Speaking of meals, dinner has been going great (and so much calmer) lately thanks to my Fall and Winter Meal Plan. The kids ate SO many helpings of food at dinner and I actually feel like I enjoy dinners now with this plan. It’s been so good, I just kept the same plan the next week. I don’t meal prep, I meal plan and you can too with this system >
Chatting with my husband this morning I said, “I truly feel stronger physically and mentally now than I ever had before.” My brain feels back and fully online! I have done so much inward work and it’s beautiful to watch the healing unfold. This functional mushroom supplement Mind Bloom has been a game changer for me and just the cherry on top. I feel SUCH clarity, focus and energy. I am amazed at how much this has helped my brain thrive, which is the foundation of health! Learn more about functional mushrooms for mental clarity + energy >
Alrightyyyyy, this Regenerative Hemp Serum was on September’s list and I try never to repeat but it’s just that good. I want to bathe in the bottle. My skin feels so calm, clear and glowing. The smell is so earthy and calming and my skin has never looked better. I pair with 2 drops of this brightening olive leaf extract oil for the best glow! FLOURISH for 10 % off Primally Pure >
I have truly loved this transition to fall—the cool air brings so much energy and refreshment to my day. We have been trying to walk as much as possible. Usually I walk in the mornings after we take my daughter and before the boys get dropped off at school. I have been taking as many phone calls as possible outside while walking our golden retriever. I notice too on days when we go from school straight to an outside walk, everyone’s emotions are a bit more grounded in the afternoon. Walking truly is so life giving!
