Gratitude, faithfulness and a rebirth have been my words this month.
Our family is entering a huge transition season, and not going to lie it’s been hard, anxiety provoking and stressful but I also have been thankful for this month. Is that weird to say? I can’t quite describe the emotion but I’ve seen faithfulness pay off lately and I am so grateful for that.
We have walked through a hard last year and a half or so, and I have struggled deeply, mentally especially. It’s taken work, dedication and time to get back but wow, the joy and the way I view life, my children and even stressors now is so different.
Healing is a hard yet beautiful process. Healing isn’t linear, it’s a journey from valley to mountain peak and everything in between.
I don’t know where you are at today, but have hope and stay faithful in your daily rhythms.
Wishing you a beautiful month ahead! Enjoy my favorite products, concepts and rhythms of this month!
xx Caroline

February - 10 loves
You had me at tulips — I can’t get enough of this collection. They are just snips of happiness, right?! I got this skirt and dress for our daughter.
Jean skirt—can we bring these back because I secretly love the Lauren Conrad style from the early 2000s.
Manuka for Munchkins — We love this immune booster and daily “multi” straight from Mother Nature. My kids take a spoonful of honey each morning or smear it on sourdough with butter, I love watching them giggle and ask for their daily spoonful—it’s so beautiful watching them nourish their bodies!
Vuyori pistachio green rain coat — Goodness, I’ve needed a new rain coat for a decade. Funny story, mine fell apart during my immersion classes in college in Paris. I absolutely love this one and it feels both outdoorsy and a bit more dressed up at the same time.
Bee Pollen — I love sprinkling this on my pancakes, waffles or yogurt. Bee pollen gives so much energy and is full of immune boosting properties (pollen and propolis) and minerals. Such a simple way to deeply nourish with real food.
Val Marie re-direction exercise — This has been SO helpful to me when I’m feeling overwhelmed and scattered. It’s a re-direction exercise from her devotion, Fresh Start for Moms. I’ve done other re-direction exercises before but haven’t seen results like this one. It’s mentally calming and I actually love doing it. Write down your questions, worries and frustrations and then re-direct them to prayers.
Orange Vanilla Hemp Flower Extract — Micro-dosing this throughout the day or during more intense moments has been such a beautiful addition to my CBD routine. These drops are so pure and effective, you’ll feel the difference with such a small amount. They work instantly and last 6 hours. I love using it when I wake up feeling scattered, have a headache or cramps, or just feel a rush of overwhelm. It’s so calming and quickly shifts your capacity and mental state. Get the Balance and Restore Collection for the biggest savings.
Untangle Your Emotions — I have been anticipating this book for months. I feel like emotions get a bad rep—we either over acknowledge them (and let them control us) or suppress them. In my nutrition practice, I see so many issues arise physically from suppressed emotions. I love Jennie’s approach that emotions are a gift from God and it’s all about how we use them. This book is beautiful!
Mighty Plump Ceramide Water Cream — Say goodbye to wrinkles, but really, this works!! One of those products that you try and you see a difference. 🙌🏼 Not that wrinkles are bad, I personally don’t want to get rid of them, they are battle signs of a life well lived. I’ve been using this cream for months, but the last few weeks have used it consistently each night and seen the best results! Two forms of hyaluronic acid plus barrier-protecting ceramide for intense hydration with an immediate plumping effect, you’ll love it!
Seeing consistency pay off — this isn’t something you can have shipped to you and being faithful isn’t easy in every morning, but goodness, lately I feel like I can breathe again and have seen the results of consistent work and that has been such a beautiful gift. My husband and I both catch ourselves daily telling each other, “wow things are so different now.”
A few rhythms that have shifted so much of my physical and mental health have been…
waking up at 5:30am each morning for quiet time and prayers
reading my Bible and fully completing one work task before opening my email inbox or social media
making sourdough bread to decrease the packaged goods in our home.
consistent CBD routine for me and the kids.
